Cold wave in Karachi likely to continue till Jan 17
KARACHI: Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz on Monday said that strong winds are likely to blow in the city after noon and the current cold wave is expected to continue till Janu 17.
According to Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz, the temperature in Karachi has been 9 to 10 degrees Celsius for the last 7-6 days, today the maximum temperature in Karachi is likely to be 24 to 25 degrees.
Sardar Sarfraz said that strong winds are likely to blow in the city after noon and the current cold wave is expected to continue till Janu 17.
The Chief Meteorologist said that there is a possibility of rain in most parts of Balochistan after Janu 20, while there is a possibility of rain and snowfall in the upper regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
