PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government aims to enroll 1 million children in schools as part of the new academic year’s admission campaign, News reported.
The provincial government will launch an enrollment drive for the new school year.
On Sunday, Provincial Education Minister Faisal Tarakai announced that the government aims to enroll 1 million children in schools through this campaign.
He stressed that authorities will reintegrate out-of-school children into the education system at all costs.
He added that the admission campaign will run until April 30, and officials will enroll students in second-shift schools where needed to ensure accessibility.
