TOKYO — Japan’s Hitachi said Monday it expects its power grid business to drive growth in the next three years, despite U.S. President Donald Trump’s pushback against renewable energy and focus on fossil fuel.
Hitachi is a major supplier of grid systems, such as transformers and transmission systems, helping power suppliers build out networks and connect new energy sources such as renewable power.
