DG ISPR accuses India for sponsoring terrorism activities in Pakistan and Abroad
Lieutenant General Ahmad Sharif Chaudhry, the Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), accused India of sponsoring terrorism in both Pakistan and Canada, exposing a widespread network of state-backed terror operations.
During a major press conference with senior officials from the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and Pakistan Navy (PN), the DG ISPR highlighted India’s long history of orchestrating violence against civilians to advance political objectives. He cited incidents such as the killing of Sikhs during former US President Bill Clinton’s visit to India as examples of India’s manipulative strategies.
Lieutenant General Ahmad Sharif Chaudhry accused India of funding and supporting terrorist groups like the BLA and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), also known as Fitna al-Khawarij, while running terrorism camps within its own territory.
The DG ISPR identified Aslam Achhu as a notorious terrorist sponsored by India, stating that he currently lives in India and continues to orchestrate attacks in Pakistan.
DG ISPR: India should share proof with ‘Neutral Country’ and stop faking allegations on Pakistan
He highlighted a recurring pattern by accusing India of repeatedly murdering innocent people and then blaming Pakistan to gain political leverage. He specifically cited the recent Pahalgam incident, where India accused Pakistan without conducting any investigation.
“Within 10 minutes of the Pahalgam event, an FIR was lodged blaming Pakistan, despite a 30-minute distance between the site and the police station,” the DG ISPR remarked, calling the speed of the response astonishing and suspicious.
“India has not been able to provide any evidence against Pakistan till date,” the DG ISPR said and added that India does not have answers to the questions of the Indian people.
Lieutenant General Ahmad Sharif Chaudhry stated that the Pakistani government had offered an impartial investigation into the Pahalgam attack. He also said that, under the guise of the incident, India began oppressing Kashmiri Muslims.
“India forces take Kashmiris out of their homes, label them terrorists, subject them to torture and killings,” he added.
He stated that India targeted Pakistani civilians to divert attention from its own domestic issues.
