Hot & dry weather predicted across Pakistan
The Meteorological Office has announced that most parts of the country are likely to experience dry and hot weather over the next 24 hours. However, heavy rain and hail are expected in certain areas.
Rain with strong winds is expected in Islamabad and nearby areas. Murree, Galyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, and Jhelum may also see rain and hail.
Most of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will likely stay hot and dry, though a few places might have some weather changes.
Sindh and Balochistan are expected to face intense heat and dry conditions, while light rain is likely in some parts of Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
The Meteorological Office has advised people to be careful and avoid unnecess travel, especially in areas where heavy rain or hail is predicted.
On May 9, the Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted rain, hailstorms, and strong winds across various regions of Balochistan. Areas such as Kalat, Sibi, Barkhan, Kohlu, Qila Saifullah, Qilla Abdullah, Nushki, and Musakhel are expected to experience rainfall under partly cloudy skies.
