SHANGHAI — General Motors will restructure its business selling imported luxury vehicles in China, a business grappling with sluggish sales and tariffs imposed by Beijing.

The U.S. automaker in 2022 launched the Durant Guild, a wholly owned direct sales channel for luxury imports, through which it operates showrooms in cities such as Shanghai and Beijing.
