KARACHI: Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and former Foreign Minister, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has finally revealed the secret behind his significant physical transformation and weight loss.

He shared the details while speaking to reporters at a special ceremony. Bilawal reveal that he made substantial changes to his daily routine and diet habits. He explicitly stated, “I have given up sugar and carbohydrates, and I am exercising regularly, putting an end to much speculation”.

This statement by the former foreign minister also definitively concluded rumors that he was using Ozempic, a drug commonly prescribed for type 2 diabetics and known to aid in weight loss. His notable new appearance first garnered extensive attention in Janu 2025.

Speaking to the media in Islamabad following a briefing from the Foreign Office in preparation for upcoming diplomatic missions Bilawal highlighted key issues. He mentioned receiving an initial briefing on the ceasefire, the Kashmir issue, terrorism, and India’s actions concerning the Indus Waters Treaty.

He reiterated that Pakistan is the biggest victim of terrorism recalling past instances where both nations neared nuclear conflict after a single terrorist attack.
He also commended Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s actions noting Pakistan’s “reasonable and responsible attitude” despite India’s “baseless allegations.”
