KARACHI:  The weather in the Karachi is expected to remain hot and humid here on Monday, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department.

The maximum temperature may rise up to 40°C, while the minimum temperature recorded was 32°C. The humidity level in the air has been recorded at 72%, making the heat feel more intense than the actual temperature.

Sea breeze remains completely suspended, adding to the discomfort. However, partial restoration of sea breeze is expected during the evening hours.

The sky will remain clear throughout the day, with no chance of rain. According to the Meteorological Department, this intense heat is expected to persist for the next four days.

Earlier, According to the Meteorological Department, Karachi will experience extremely hot and humid weather over the next 24 hours. The mercury is likely to stay between 39°C and 40°C degrees Celsius.

However, the intensity of the heat could feel as high as 45 degrees Celsius in areas near the sea, with strong sunshine and sea breezes persisting throughout the day.

Currently, winds are blowing from the west at 16 kilometers per hour in Karachi, and the humidity in the air is 72 percent. These conditions contribute to the perceived heat, making it feel even hotter than the actual temperature.
