SEOUL — South Korean broadcasters have called Lee Jae-myung of the Democratic Party as the winner of Tuesday’s snap presidential election. If confirmed, this would mean a change of power to the liberal party following a monthslong political crisis.
The country’s three main terrestrial broadcasters — KBS, MBC and SBS — all said Lee would be victorious.
