COX’S BAZAR, Bangladesh — As the U.S. and other countries slash their humanitarian aid budgets to focus on other priorities, Rohingya refugees are suffering.

Nearly 1 million members of the mostly Muslim ethnic group originally from neighboring Myanmar are living in refugee camps in Bangladesh and face a sharp reduction in health care and vaccination programs, even as an outbreak of hepatitis C rages in the camps.
