On Feb. 13, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi became just the fourth foreign leader to visit the White House to meet with President Donald Trump. Modi, whom Trump referred to during the visit as “a great friend,” arrived to much fanfare as the two leaders heralded the historically strong and vibrant U.S.-India strategic partnership.
