Goher Mumtaz shared, “Hearing Atif Aslam’s interview with Samina Peerzada upset me, as he spoke a lot against me. I felt hurt because we were still on speaking terms at that time. He then called me and I was okay after he apologized to me. He also said that it was unintentional because Samina Peerzada was asking such questions and I just spoke in the flow”

He further said, “I didn’t want to talk against Farhan Saeed and it was also cut in a way where it seemed that I was taking the credit of grooming him but in fact, I replied to a question when the host asked about the struggles I faced after Atif left Jal. I called Farhan Saeed and cleared this thing with him too. Most of the time it happens because the interviewer cut the important part of the interview”.
