TOKYO — Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba says he will “analyze the matter meticulously” before entering into trade negotiations with the U.S. later this week over the series of tariffs being imposed on the country.
Speaking at a budget committee session of the Diet’s lower house on Monday, Ishiba also noted that the two countries would discuss security cooperation.
