‘Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos Ended with Triumph’
In response to India’s unprovoked milit attacks on the night of May 6 and 7, the Pakistan Armed Forces launched “Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos” on May 10. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) officially announced the end of the conflict that followed the Pahalgam incident.
This operation, which was part of the larger Marka-e-Haq strategy, showed how well the three branches of Pakistan’s milit can work together. It targeted 26 Indian milit sites, delivering a measured but firm response to what Pakistan described as India’s shameful attacks.
The operation used modern technology like network-based warfare, real-time intelligence, and joint efforts across land, air, and sea. The Army, Air Force, and Navy worked together to hit targets with high-precision weapons, including Fatah F1 and F2 missiles, long-range drones, and guided artillery.
Important Indian milit bases such as those in Suratgarh, Sirsa, Bhuj, Naliya, Adampur, Bhatinda, Barnala, Halwara, Awantipura, Srinagar, Jammu, Udhampur, Mamun, Ambala, and Pathankot were severely damaged.
Brahmos missile storage sites in Beas and Nagrota, which were linked to civilian deaths, were destroyed. Pakistan Air Force also took out India’s advanced S-400 air defense systems at Adampur and Bhuj.
Milit supply points like the Field Supply Depot at Uri, the Radar Station at Poonch, and command centers at KG Top and Naushera were eliminated.
In Rajauri and Naushera, where India allegedly trained groups involved in attacks in Pakistan, specific facilities were targeted. Indian milit posts across the Line of Control that had caused civilian harm in Azad Jammu and Kashmir were also hit hard, with some raising white flags in surrender.
Pakistani drones flew into Indian airspace, including over major cities like New Delhi and sensitive government sites, to show Pakistan’s ability to reach far and wide.
At the same time, cyber operations disrupted key Indian systems that support their milit.
This operation highlighted Pakistan’s milit strength and national unity. The Armed Forces praised the courage and spirit of the Pakistani people during this difficult time.
