The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast cloudy conditions and rain accompanied by strong winds in Islamabad and adjoining areas over the next 24 hours.

According to the latest advisory, rain and gusty winds are expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Murree, Attock, Chakwal, and Jhelum. Similar weather conditions are likely to affect various parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Chitral, Dir, Swat, Malakand, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Buner, Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Orakzai, Kurram, Kohat, Karak, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, and Dera Ismail Khan.

In Punjab, strong winds and rain are expected in several cities, including Muzaffargarh, Taunsa Sharif, Khanewal, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Mianwali, Khushab, Bhakkar, Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, and Jhang. Cities like Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Narowal, Hafizabad, Gujranwala, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujrat, and Sialkot are also likely to receive rainfall.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has warned about heavy rain and hailstorms in some areas, which could cause flooding or traffic problems in cities.

In Sindh, most places will have very hot and dry weather, although coastal areas might see strong, dusty winds in the afternoon.

Balochistan will also mostly have hot and dry conditions, but there is a chance of light rain in places like Zhob, Musakhel, Barkhan, Khuzdar, and Lasbela.

The PMD has advised people to stay safe, especially in areas where strong winds or heavy rain is expected.
